Congratulations to the Fall 2008 Pledge Class
September 09, 2008 - For the past two weeks the brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha have been busy with Fall Rush. Our efforts have paid off, and we are now happy to welcome the largest pledge class to our fraternity in over five years. The following twenty-four young men will now engage in our new member education program: Louis Brooks, Max Brooks, Brent Cotten, Landon Craven, Mike Drombroski, Sean Garrison, Chris Goyette, Gates Gunn, Kyle Hartman, Brad Harton, Adam Jennings, Peter Lindsay, Drew Lynch, Bobby O'Neil, Andy Rangel, Mike Roach, Steven Skolnik, Nate Smith, Bobby Tatum, Matt Tucker, Beau Webb, Forrest Whitfield, Bryce Wyatt, and Matt York. We are proud of these guys, and commend them for making a decision that will continue to benefit them well into their future.
New House
August 16, 2008 - The new chapter house for Alpha Epsilon was finally opened on August 8. The brotherhood has spent countless hours mulching and landscaping the yard as well as cleaning up the back deck of the house. The new house is located at 2701 Fraternity Court in between the Delta Gamma and Sigma Kappa houses.
NCSU Pikes Attend National Convention
August 16, 2008 - Two alpha epsilon brothers represented the chapter at our national convention in Memphis, TN over the weekend of August 1. David Schadel and Jeff Butler attended legislative sessions and toured the memorial headquarters with brothers from all over the Country. At the convention the new international officers were installed for the upcoming school year.
2nd Annual Jimmy V Volleyball Tournament
April 13, 2008 - On Saturday April 26th, Pika will be hosting the Second Annual Jimmy V Volleyball Tournament. All proceeds from this philanthropy event go straight to the V Foundation for cancer research, and the day is highlighted by Women's and Open bracket volleyball tournaments, great bands, and a ton of other activities.
